SHIPPING
We offer complimentary standard delivery Australia wide for all orders over $150. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, however during holidays or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. All deliveries are made via Australia Post from our Melbourne Studio.
Standard Shipping for orders over $150 - COMPLIMENTARY, 3-6 business days.
Standard Shipping for orders $150 or less - $10 (Flat Rate), 3-6 business days.
Express Shipping - $25 (Flat Rate), 1-3 business days.
International Shipping - Not available.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we believe in never saying never!

RETURNS
We hope you love your Bonne Soirée purchase. However, should you wish to return your order, we offer returns for change of mind purchases within 14 days of purchase. Please notify us as soon as possible upon receipt of the goods if you would like to initiate a return.
For a change of mind return, your item must be unused, unwashed, unmarked, and in its original packaging.
Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning items unless deemed faulty following inspection.

Provided your item(s) meet our return policy, a full refund (less shipping costs where applicable) will be issued once we receive the goods. Please allow up to 10 business days after your return has reached our Studio for the refund to be processed.
