What are your sheets made of?
All our sheets are made of 100% cotton percale with 300 Thread Count.
How do I care for my sheets?
Please refer to our Product Care guide. We do recommend washing your products before first use. Please ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your product before washing. We will not accept returns for items that have been washed.
Will the colour on the screen match the product I receive?
We try to ensure the colours displayed on the screen closely match our products; however, slight variations may occur due to different display settings and lighting conditions. Please note that a return for discrepancy in colour will be classed as change of mind.
Can I get fabric swatches?
This is something we are currently working on with our supplier. We hope to offer this service in the near future. Please subscribe to be notified.
Where are your products made?
Bonne Soirée sheets are thoughtfully designed in our Melbourne Studio and crafted in India. We are committed to partnering with suppliers who prioritise quality, uphold fair working conditions, and embrace sustainability initiatives.
What does OEKO-TEX® Certified mean?
This certification confirms the manufacturer and their products comply with stringent global standards. This standard ensures safety for you and your family by testing every component of a certified product against more than 1,000 harmful substances.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments from major credit card providers. All sales through this website are processed in AUD.
Can I change my shipping address or amend my order?
We cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been placed. However we always love to help, so please reach out to our team at hello@bonnesoiree.com.au with your order number and details of the change. We will do our best to assist you. Unfortunately, we are unable to accomodate any changes once an order has been dispatched.
Can I return or exchange my item?
For Returns please refer to our Returns Policy.
Exchanges
To avoid disappointment, we recommend returning any unwanted items and purchasing your desired items separately. This ensures you receive exactly what you want without any hassles.
What happens if my order has arrived faulty or damaged?
We take care to ensure all orders are properly prepared and packaged, but if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@bonnesoiree.com.au and we will help resolve the issue as soon as possible.
